Returns Policy & Refunds

Returns Policy : Products can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of the arrival of the item if:

  • The product is faulty and
  • The product is unused

In particular due because of hygiene safety, we cannot exchange any facemasks, bibs or burp cloths which have had any use.

All shipping costs are unable to be refunded or paid for.

For all returns please contact me directly at sarahmc.chan@gmail.com with your name, date of order, order number and exchange request, and I will return your inquiry as soon as possible.


Change of mind : Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
